Discovery – Convene stakeholders and conduct primary research to identify needs of social service agencies during the early stages of the pandemic.

Design – Approach the work by organizing campaigns around basic services identified by urgent populations initially, with the goal that solutions are scalable and flexible to meet all highly vulnerable populations.

Deliver – Maintain open lines of communication between the social service agencies, front-line responders, funders, businesses, and local governments to ensure that historically disenfranchised residents are not overlooked, for they must be centered in the minds of the region’s decision-makers and stakeholders.

Determine – Continuously assess and balance immediate tactical solutions with the longer-term strategic perspective of weighing options, impacts, and results.
